How long will it take for my order to ship?
1-2 weeks. We know this isn't the 'right away' service you might be used to. We produce to demand on purpose - to reduce waste and keep things as sustainable as possible.
What if I order the wrong size?
Please double-check your measurements against our size chart before placing your order.
Because each piece is custom embroidered, we can’t exchange or refund based on size errors - you would need to place a new order.

What fabrics do you use?
All our garments are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, apart from a tiny amount of polyester thread used for the embroidery (about 0.3%).
They're soft, breathable, and built to last — no flimsy fast-fashion here.
How should I care for my item?
Wash inside out with similar colours. Do not iron directly on embroidery
Where are your products made?
We source our blanks from ethical, sustainable suppliers and embroider everything right here in the UK (literally by Lydia sat at an embroidery machine).
Our garments are GOTS, OEKO-TEX 100, and PETA-approved vegan — and produced by a Fair Wear Leader manufacturer.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK, Europe, and selected international locations.

How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for UK orders over a certain value (keep an eye out!). Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Because each item is embroidered to order, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty.
Please check sizing carefully before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the embroidery process might already have started.
